It was our anniversary, so we stayed one night. We received a suite upgrade once we mentioned our anniversary at reception. The room included two bathrobes and slippers. A romantic lake view was wonderful.

The bathroom lacked solid, locking doors.

The location was good.

The valet workers were RUDE. The buffet staff were also rude. They told us we needed to pay for breakfast though it was included with the stay. We had no voucher. After arguing with them and being accused in front of everyone, they apologized when they confirmed we had paid for breakfast.
