Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel overlooks the water and offers spectacular views, but the rooms were dusty and had a constant need for cleaning due to their rapid re-dusting. Accessing the hotel involved navigating many stairs with minimal signage improvements needed. The internet is available for a fee per 24 hours.
I had a great view of both the city and water from my 20th-floor room, which was the cleanest I ever stayed in. Although the room looked worn, it was seemingly clean. The service was great, helpful, and attentive, offering everything one could imagine. The location was nice, by the lake and within a short walk from downtown, perfect for my plans. Despite the steep price, it was worth it for the convenience to amenities like the squash court and tennis area.
The hotel rooms could have been a bit larger but being located right outside of the tennis and basketball court and seemed a bit run down adds to the charm. However, at no extra cost, these minor issues can be overlooked.
The hotel's location makes it convenient to explore downtown Toronto and access major attractions. The rooms need some renovation and maintenance, but the service was exceptional. The dining options could use improvement, and the facilities are average.
The hotel could use some improvements in various aspects, such as room service and amenities, but the friendly staff and convenient location by the lakefront are definite highlights. The dining options are limited, and the musty rooms with no counter space can be a drawback.
The hotel was a bit hot when we arrived, so we didn't get the best sleep. The rooms were semi-clean but stocked with everything we needed for our stay, albeit a bit late for check-in. The service was mostly uninspiring, except for a pleasant experience on our wedding night. The location was perfect for our trip despite feeling a bit hectic at times, with great entertainment and shopping options nearby. The dining was good with wonderful facilities, but limited to just breakfast on the bill.
Upon arrival, my room overlooked the lake and was very comfortable, but I had to wait 45 minutes as the check-in process took longer than expected. The room felt a bit outdated for a premium hotel in downtown Toronto, though.
The hotel has a great view of the water and is ideal for a leisure stay. The rooms, while basic, offer a nice low-floor option for those who don't like heights. The service is helpful and welcoming, though some maintenance issues need attention. The dining options are good but could use improvements for hot foods. The location is convenient for exploring the area and provides easy access to the waterfront.
My stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, offering a lovely view of Lake Ontario for a private and relaxing experience. However, the karaoke noise until 4 in the morning was a bit disruptive. The location right outside the tennis and basketball courts was convenient for sports enthusiasts.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were elegant and spacious, with a great view, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of smoke. Additionally, the price was a bit high, and breakfast was not included.
